Fantastic stay with excellent service

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The King suite was spacious and exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the quick check-in process. The standout feature was the friendly staff, especially the morning front desk who were incredibly welcoming. The indoor pool area looked inviting, making it a great spot for relaxation.

The pool was nice, but the room had a terrible fried shrimp smell.

Request extra coffee pods upon check-in. they were not restocked during my stay but were essential for my mornings.

The dining scene around Best Western is pretty sweet! Fusion Japanese & Thai Cuisine is just a hop, skip, and jump away. And don't sleep on Dream Cakes for dessert—they're a real treat. Plus, the location is on point for nearby hospitals and facilities. The staff had my back, making everything super easy during my stay—shoutout to the breakfast lady! She was hustling hard even with a neck brace!

The bed was kinda like an old trampoline with a sunken spot, and I found some questionable stains on the curtains. The room was on the cozy side, but not quite what I expected from the pics.

I had a fantastic four-night stay! The indoor pool was a highlight for me, allowing for some fun, relaxing swims no matter the weather outside. The breakfast was good every single morning, with everything from fresh pancakes to excellent coffee waiting to kick off my day right.
